After printing and cutting out the elements - I set about mounting the decourpage with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a matching blue cardstock to create the card base.

Before adding the gold twine ribbon I placed a piece of vellum inside - which is held in place by one strip of narrow DST and the twine.
