I initially printed the craftsuprint sheet onto a 60 weight card stock paper. I cut out all the elements from the sheet. I used double sided tape to adhere the decoupage elements to the initial sheet.

I used a tape roller to adhere blue card stock paper to a white card blank. I used a toothpick to paint glitter paint to accentuate a few elements. I also used a few glitter pens for accentuation. I then used a silver border on each side of the card front.
