Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to pink card stock, then to a white card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements, I added a border of coordinating textured card to a blank card then added the base design and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads.
