Elegant FashionCompleted by Giselle Topper

This one is just the picture of elegance! I printed it off, cut out the elements and began adhering the decoupage with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a ready made white card base and the border just lifted the topper off the card. I didn't need to add any further embellishment - but the day it was finished I received an invite for a 21st Birthday and think just a "21" on there will finish it off for the perfect little lady. A great card for those special birthdays. Just stunning!
