Frieda Flapper is Fabulous Purple Quick CardCompleted by Nicky Thorne

With this image I printed onto matte photo paper and matted and layered onto matching purple card and then placed onto white card stock.

I decoupaged all elements with foam pads.

To finish, I added a purple and pink feather to the head band with silicone glue and placed a pink gem on top.

I also attached a gem to the bow. Very cute image and very easy to cut out.
