I so love this design, it immediately reminds me of my granddaughter! I printed 3 copies to make layers. Firstly, I attached the main image to an 8"x 8" card blank using dst. I then took the first copy and cut round the frame and items attached to the frame.

I attached this layer using sticky pads. Lastly, I cut out the individual elements from around the frame and also the girl and decoupaged these elements using sticky pads.

Finished with a greeting attached with sticky pads.
