I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white card base and added a diecut border...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...a fabulous fun design.
I printed and cut out the sheet, then added the base onto the card with DST the other elements I added with foam pads to finish off I added glitter
