When I saw this design, I knew I had to have it! The insert is cup875625_846 by this same designer. I had the perfect elements to add to the picture, which are from cup865546_57683 and cup810589_37881.
This is such a cute design and can be used for many occasions. Nice beautiful colors!
Printed onto glossy photo paper, attached the decoupage with 3 mm foam pads to the topper, inserted the matching insert to the finished 3 d card with dst,

I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The card front was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and after matting the Greeting Tag and small topper onto Silver Mirri card and cutting out.
The Tag was added to the top of my card and the topper to the reverse. To finish I added Clear Gems to opposite corners and used the Matching insert inside.
