I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel using thin foam tape.
I added two gems to the crown to complete this gorgeous card.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto pink card then onto a white card blank using DST. I added the decoupage panel using 2mm foam pads.
