I printed the file onto matte photo paper, then with dst, matted the main image to red and peach striped paper,

matted this to lilac satin card , then attached to a scalloped card blank, covered with the same backing paper with. a white margin all round. I decoupaged with 2mm foam, used clear wink of stella to highlight the diamante trim on the shoes, and to give a pretty sheen to the pink flower, also sparkle to the glass of champagne. completed the topper with a row of tiny lavender gems below the flower decoupage. A gorgeous 40th Birthday design, which is sure to be well received!
