Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out both elements of the design. Used DST to attach the main element to a Black card. Used foam pads to attach the decoupage. I put a stick on Pearl onto middle of each heart and middle of the bow.

I stuck a black Gem in middle of bow on shoe. To finish I stuck a red Butterfly to the top corner of card. A classy design and easy to make up
