I have printed the designs onto 200gsm gloss card, matted with a co-ordinated coloured matt and attached to a coloured card blank with dst.
I have used foam pads to attach the sentiment panel.

Printed on 135 gsm gloss paper, I cut out all of the elements and mounted the image onto the card using dst I added the sentiment using foam pads.

Beautiful card! I used Printmaster, a publishing program, to print onto a white 6x6 blank card. I printed the topper onto white card, cut and attached with sticky foam pads. I finished the card with glitter glue and gems.
