Old Dog New Tricks!!Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. I cut out the two elements. I used DST to attach the Topper to a white, 8 inch card. Using foam pads I attached the decoupage element to the card. I stuck a golden gem onto the dog's collar.

I used some gold glitter on one balloon. This is a lovely design, I can agree with the sentiment.
