Unfortunately my friends and I have all reached the stage where this card is very appropriate (we're JUST over 30 :)).

I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the 3D panel which I raised on foam squares.

An easy, quick card for a friend with a sense of humour (see cup 599773_107 for a matching insert).
