Precious 21 Birthday Tag Card Front

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a cream card, then i cut round the design, i finished off my card using all the elements and using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, i added pink gems in the centre of the flowers and a pink heart at the top, this is a terrific design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.

A lovely design for a 21st birthday.
