Rita Celebrates Her 50th Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Rita who is celebrating her 50th birthday the caption being.... Her majesty isn't sending you a telegram this year... but she's glad to know you're half way there!

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam tape and pads.
To finish I added gems to the sentiment and to Rita's earrings.
