Shabby Chic Quick Card with gems tag, and laceCompleted by Hazel Sumner

I printed the design onto 160 gm card and cut out the pieces. After going round the edge of a scallop-edged card blank with a toning felt tip I mounted the main piece using dst. The larger flower panel and the sentiment were layered using 2mm foam pads and the smaller panel was added to the inside of the card. I used silver peel-offs for the sentiment and adhesive gems to finish.

The colours in this design are really subtle. It is so simple to make but the result is really beautiful..
