I printed the design onto smooth white card,then cut out the elements,I took a blank scalloped card then using in landscape matted with a toning paper,I then added the base design and the decoupae with foam pads,I finished by adding gold peel offs and touches of glitter,A very apt title,simple but gorgeous.
