I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I finished by adding gems to those on the image and addend stardust stickles to Stella's jewellery.

Stella has an answer for everything or so it seems to me!!
