Stella and Her Heating Costs Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is sat in her easy chair with her fan on her comment being.... It would be great if I could have all my hot flashes were in the winter...I would save considerably on my heating bill!happy birthday tag provided for the placement of your choice, also an optional blank tag for the greeting of your choice.

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock leaving a small border all round and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added a gem onto the tag. I also added a peel off border down each side.
To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a spot background and attached the main image centrally.
I then added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding a sentiment a gem and red 'berries' card candi.
This is a great card and given the way heating costs keep rising we would probably all welcome the hot flushes back again!!!!
