I printed out the sheet then cut it out and added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert to this card (cup562507_1209) which I placed inside using d/s tape.
