I printed onto Crafty Bob's Matte Photo paper and cut out elements which I decoupaged with foam pads. I then matted and layered on to matching green and pink card and put the image onto white card stock.
To embellish an already fabulous lady I added a feather to her hat, diamonds to her earrings, ring and belt and used glitter on the other printed jewels.
