Stella is Eccentric Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is celebrating another birthday her comment being.... Finally I've reached the age where people have stopped calling me crazy and are now calling me eccentric!

I printed onto good quality matt photo paper and cut it out, then added the base onto the card with DST and the other elements I added with foam pads
I printed the file on matt photo paper and cut out the parts. I attached the main image to a scored and folded blue and silver dotted A4 card with DST. I added a silver decorative border and layered with foam tape.
I outlined the flower swags and dots with white lace stickles. I used yellow stickles for the flower centres and added cristal stickles to panel and text corners and to the present bow and ribbon, to which I also added a blue gem.
I used glossy accents on the sunspecs for this humorous, eccentric and unique Stella!
