I printed onto 200 gsm card and cut out all the pieces I added the base of the card to a pale blue card blank used foam pads for the layers added a few gems to finish

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...a fabulous fun design.
