I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with a white mat and mounted it onto a black base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added little gems and peel-off borders...another great design featuring Stella.
