This is so quick and easy to make. Just print the sheet, cut around the edge and fold in half. Or for a little more dimension, print the sheet twice and cut out the image and label. Then mount those pieces to the card front using some thin foam.

This is a very easy card to make. I printed the sheet twice. Cut out the image layer and label from the first sheet, then cut out the entire card from the second print.
Folded the card in half and attached the image and label with thin foam.
Added a few rhinestone gems on the label and the corners of the image layers.
