With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base, onto the front of a light yellow C5 card, then using 2mm sticky pads i made up the design, and placed the happy birthday sentiment next to the balloon, this is a terrific, fun design for someones birthday, was very quick and easy to make up and is stuning when done.
