I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I added the main image to a green foil mat and mounted it onto a black card then added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a bow and embelishments...a fabulous fun design.

i cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a red card front and used green peel offs around card front. I used red and diamond stickles to embellish the card
