Sweet Birthday Wishes Cupcake

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the butterflies using thin foam tape under one wing and a blob of silicone glue under the second wing to give more definition.

I added some flat backed pearls to the centre of the flowers to complete this gorgeous card. It also has a matching gift tag.
