I printed this image twice onto Crafty Bob matte photo paper and cut out all the elements I needed. I made up a card blank slightly over 8"x 8" and embossed a piece of toning card and trimmed to expose a fine border of the card base.

I added the decoupaged pieces and finished with glitter touches and lots of liquid gems.
