I printed the sheet onto super smooth paper and cut out the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads and added the guitar at an angle. Rather than cutting out the tuning knobs on the guitar, I added them in with black pen.

I stuck a mat of pink linen look paper to a green card blank and then attached the topper. I mounted the tag onto black card and then attached it to the card using 3 jump rings so it hangs and swings.

I added a row of pink, green and black gems to the side to finish off.
