Backing sheet was adhered to a silver card blank and the topper was placed upon it with 3d pads. Small black pearls were added to the top of the candles. A butterfly was die cut and added to the top of the shoe using smaller black pearls for the body.

I finished off with the greeting on the top left of the topper . A beautiful vintage shabby chic card.
