A masculine card with all the attributes to suit all male celebrations. Often it is so hard to find a male card that has universal appeal, but, here, Ceredwyn's designs always fit the bill. So thank you for this delightful image. I printed it out twice. The first one onto matt copy paper, and the second one onto gloss 200gsm white card.
I made the main card from cream good quality card, 27cm x 15 cm, and folded it to sit easel style. I used a gold metallic pen, to give it an extra luxurious look, and edged it all round. I made the first backing sheet in a Khaki shade card to match the inner frame of the design. This khaki backing sheet, measures 14.5 x 13.5cm. I also edged this backing sheet with the same gold metallic pen. I then attached it to the main card with Padded double sided tape strips. The next backing sheet is a card in a plum shade 13.5x 12.5cm. I edged this with an alcohol based pen in a plum shade and attached it to the khaki backing sheet with regular, double sided tape. To make the topper, I cut out the main section of the topper and attached it to a light weight, white card, using a glue tape pen. I trimmed this down so that only 1mm of the white card is visible all the way round. I used the same glue tape to attach this to the plum coloured card backing sheet. I then cut out, very carefully, with tiny, very sharp scissors, the vintage vehicle from the gloss copy I had made and used padded double sided squares to mount this onto the top of the card to achieve a 3 dimensional effect.
I used the other elements for the key fob, and added the sentiment.
I am thrilled with this card, so thank you for the design. It actually has the appearance of the car driving out of the park towards you
