I printed the main sheet onto glossy photo paper and used 3D glue gel to apply the decoupage. I mounted the main image and band onto silver mirror card and layered the card.

Finally I used red, blue and white liquid pearls and pulled a cocktail stick through them to mimic the barbers pole.
