I resized to print on to half A4, mounted the topper on to spotty card, scalloped the edges, added 2 gold brads, then placed on to a red card.
Layered the picture and finished with the text plates. Another fun card, sure to raise a smile.
have printed onto 280 gsm card and cut out all elements. I assembled the card according to designer instructions and used double sided tape and sticky foam shaped to give a stunning 3D effect.
