Printed picture three times on matte card, wet glued the first to a matching base card, and used the others for decoupage of the fish first and then the fins and lips from the last one using foam squares to add.

I applied glitter glue with a paint brush on the fish and sentiment boarder and Glossy Accents on the eyes.

Printed an insert and matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to finish.
