I printed onto glossy photo paper (I printed smaller than the original size) and cut out all the pieces, I attached the main image to a 6x6 scalloped edge card using DST and then added the other layers with 2mm foam pads. I finished the card off by putting black border peel offs around the edge of the image.

This is a lovely 'Male' card suitable for various occasions.
