I covered an A5 card with some green paper,then i printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,i mounted the image to the card ,then i cut a slit in each side of the text plate i needed,and i threaded the paper ribbon through to the back and out the other slit,then stick just about 1/2" each end onto the card,this will let the text plate move.
