I printed this sheet out of good card stock = added the main card to a piece of orange cardstock with double sided tape = cut out pieces and attached to the main card with 1/16" 3D-DOTS & pieces.

I also placed 1/2 of the insert sheet inside the card with double sided tape and added my own saying to it =
