Fashioned from Steampunk 3Completed by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of black card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used a steampunk style embellishment and black satin ribbon to decorate.
