Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces, I mounted the main image onto some gold linen effect card and attached this to a C5 card using DST, I added the other layers with 2mm foam pads and finished the card off by putting a gold "Happy Birthday" in the golf ball and adding glittery border peel offs around the image.

This card is easy to make as there are no fiddly bits to cut out and looks lovely when finished.
