I printed the sheet on white card and cut out the pieces. I used foam pads to stick the decoupage pieces on. On the left side of the card I used a stripe of dark blue paper from my stash then stuck the picture down using double sided tape.

I used foam letters from my stash to make the word 'DAD' on the flag.
