I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped edge card,then built up the front of the card,with the small teddy image i have made into a tag ,after printing it i cut it out added small ribbon hanger so you could stick the tag to a present,then i stuck it to some firm card,and cut around it again.
