Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I then added some gold heart peeloff borders to finish.
The insert to this card reads Congratulations on the Birth of Your Daughter.
