Birthday Children Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Heather Finn

Took image into my card package and reduced in size to fit 7" x 5" cream card stock. Added another border and greeting. Printed out again on glossy photographic paper to decoupage children.

Can be used in a number of ways.
