First I opened the sheet into my image editor and removed the text, because I need text in Finnish. Then I printed the sheet and cut the parts out. I attached the topper on a white base card leaving a narrow border. Then I added the decoupage.

Next I wrote the congratulation text on blue background and printed it. Then I attached it on place. I finished the card with silver color cross.
