Cool cat Birthday card front 4Completed by Carolyn Norris

The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was attached, with double sided tape, to a white card. Red stickles sparkle up the cupcake cherry while clear glitter makes the candle flames shine.

Cool Cat is sporting glasses that shimmer and a debonair bowtie. Two tiny purple hearts were glued amongst the text. What a great birthday card for a teenager or cat lover!
