I used a plain cardstock cut into a step design. Each blank surface was covered with an electric blue holographic card.

I printed the design on photo paper and cut out the 3 figures at the bottom of the sheet (the top image can be used on another card), plus the Happy Birthday Banner, and placed them on the card using foam pads.

Some rhinestones were added to the banner and the noseband of the horse. This card was made for a young lad whose nickname is Patch, so I added some Scrabble type tile letters from my own stock.

Very easy to make - and quick too!
