Cupcake and Polka Dot Birthday Card FrontCompleted by Janette Ellison

I printed the image on to good quality card, cut out the elements and attached the base design to a scallop-edged 6 inch square card. I decoupaged the other elements using sticky pads and put small pink pearls down the right edge. I tied some black ribbon with silver spots to the left edge placing the bow near the bottom so as not to hide any interesting features. Finally at attached a "Happy Birthday" black peel-off at the top of the card.

It is a very pretty card with lovely colours. Anyone who loves the colour pink will love this card.
