What a fantastic image and so versatile.

The sheet was resized and printed onto quality matt photo paper, then layered onto a white 300 gram 5 x 7 inch base card.

I inked the edge with distress inks and used some glossy accents for toe nails and eyes.

A few rhinestones finished off my card beautifully. I will add a sentiment when I decide on a occasion.
